Generally, insulation/insulation material made of non-absorbent fibers encloses the tube bundles and protects them with various coating materials at the customer's request. Mainly installed on hot liquid, gas and steam/condensate transport lines.Specific characteristics of the components :
- Tube: Provide different materials and sizes according to the conditions and requirements of the process
- The excessive curve: Ensuring long-term safety by preventing outside humidity and cold air from entering the insulation layer
- Heating/insulating material: High-quality E-grade fiberglass and aerosol insulation is integrated to minimize heat loss and have the same thermal and insulating effect even if physical forces such as deflection and twisting are applied during installation.Related business areas :

1. Perform (prior to shipment) a pneumatic inspection, (if required) a hydraulic inspection and a non-destructive inspection
2. Authenticate most classification approvals (ABS, BV, CCS, CCS, DNV/GL, KR, LR, NK, RMRS, RINA)
3. Provide a 3-way inspection and a TEST REPORT when required by the customer
4. Length and delivery date required by the customer and supply of packaging in wooden barrels/pallets

Heating/insulating material
- Use E-grade non-absorbent inorganic fiberglass with a water-soluble chloride concentration of less than 100ppm when the fluid temperature inside the tube is below 300℃.
- If the process temperature is above 400℃, the use of aerosols is recommended.- The maximum allowable temperature of class E fiberglass is 649℃ (1200°F).

- Standard material: 304, 316/316L stainless steel welding pipe or seamless pipe, copper pipe, Teflon pipe
- Outer tube diameter range: 6-20mm or 1/4-3/4"
